Arnold Cerdinio serves as the Accountant at the Policy Innovation Center (PIC), with over 40 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting, with 22 years in non-profit organizations. He oversees Accounts Payable/Receivables, cash monitoring and reconciliations, month-end closings, budget analysis, and staff supervision.
Prior to PIC, Arnold had accountant roles with the City of Imperial Beach, Coronado Unified School District, Civic San Diego (Formerly Centre City Development Corporation) managing fixed assets, accounts payables, payroll, bookkeeping, and financial analysis. Prior to his non-profit experience, he worked in various capacities as external and internal auditor, financial supervisor in the manufacturing and service industries. He is also a certified public accountant from the Philippines and graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Bilingual in English, Tagalog, and knowledgeable in other Philippine dialects.
